Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given unless there has been a problem from our end, and we reserve the right to determine whether a refund is warranted. Refunds will only be provided for our product, Dentsmart Onecard, where there is an issue with the printing of the visiting card such as unclear text. In the event that you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to resolve any issues.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to fulfill them or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Please note that any third-party fees associated with your order, such as shipping fees, cannot be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund and cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Additionally, any inappropriate content in your profile, including but not limited to the "About Me" section, "honors and awards" section, or profile picture, may result in the termination of your account. This includes content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate. Impersonation and false profiles are also strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

If you wish to terminate your account with us, you may do so at any time by contacting us. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.
